Profile

Lynda Musilwa is a fourth-year Ph.D. student in the Department of French and Italian. She holds a BA in Lettres Modernes and an MA in Langues, Lettres et Littératures Régionales et Etrangères both from Université Paris XII. She earned an MA in French Literature from Boston College where she taught Intermediate French I and II. She spent a year at Brown University’s Department of Comparative Literature as a TA and a Research Fellow.

Lynda is especially keen on Postcolonial Studies, Gender Studies, Trauma Studies, and Ecocriticism. Other interests include Animal Studies and Folklore.
