Melissa Verhey Receives Graduate School Teaching Award for 2016

Félicitations Melissa Verhey! 

Melissa a 4th year graduate student, received the very competitive Graduate School Teaching Award for 2016. The award recognizes Assistants in Instruction (AI’s) for excellence in undergraduate teaching.
Melissa is a Fellow at the the McGraw Center for Teaching and Learning, and passionate about teaching French language, literature, and culture.

A native of Canada, she has worked primarily on the French novel, and is currently researching identity in fictional life writing from the 19th and 20th centuries.
